Initial Consultation

This is the first time we view your property and takes approx. 1-2 hours. After greeting and meeting you, we will view your home as potential buyers, evaluating and assessing any key changes or problem areas. After conferring, we will advise action that needs to be taken to improve the presentation of your property. We also include a Home Staging Pack giving tips and ideas to assist you.

Written Report

In addition to the above, we will go away and produce a room-by-room fully-detailed written report and offer our professional advice in a concise way that is easy to follow. We will take photographs at the initial consultation to aid in our analysis.

    

De-Clutter ½ Day

Sometimes homes just need finishing touches and to be presented differently.  We will de-clutter and re-organise where necessary.

               

 

Full Day

This is the same as ½ day de-clutter but some properties will benefit from a more intense approach.  We may advise some re-painting or spring cleaning prior to our visit and with prior agreement on a budget, we will source key items to apply those finishing touches.

    

Overhaul

A two-day service where more work is required. This is a hands-on approach to include de-cluttering, de-personalising and re-organisation to achieve the maximum from your home. It also includes personal shopping on an agreed budget and full arrangement of soft furnishings. We may require input from the clients, ie. cleaning, painting and any preparation pre-advised.
