The concept of home staging is very popular and successful in the U.S.A. and here in the U.K. we are just realising the importance of a well-presented property.
We endeavour to utilise the client’s existing items wherever possible, simply by re-organising and de-cluttering. We need to remove your personality from your property and promote a neutral environment which would appeal to a wider audience.
Occasionally we may need to buy new items at the client’s agreement or indeed remove items and recommend them for storage.
Home Staging is about detaching yourself from your property in preparation for selling and realising that your home is now a stage where prospective buyers can imagine themselves living there.

Ideally, home staging would take place prior to instructing the estate agent to market your house, resulting in a higher valuation. Remember, if the estate agent does not think your property is presentable, it will result in a lower sale value. We can apply the essential finishing touches for the estate agent’s photographs.
