About Us
We, Janine and Heather, are both passionate and conscientious about our business and bring different qualities which we have developed over several years. We have both completed a Home Staging Course and we are also members of the Home Staging Network and successfully fulfil their criteria.
Janine has renovated a number of properties in preparation for sale, which has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge of the property market. Heather has worked in textile furnishings for 20 years and has extensive knowledge of colour analysis and how fabrics and shades can effect the overall finished result of a room. Collectively, our experience and practical approach can help you achieve a property which will stand out from the rest.
Two minds are definitely better than one and we always have consideration for the client’s needs and situation. We work well together and will give you a straight and honest opinion, you have to detach yourself from your home and take our comments as they are intended – as an aid to sell or rent your dwelling (it is not your home now!!)
